Did you know?
Mindfulness is a great tool to teach our children. It can assist with anxiety, sleep, mood regulation, depression, ADHD, school and test performance, and many other things. Mindfulness is a practice that has been around for a long time, but we are now seeing the usefulness it has for children. Kids are under many more stressors today than in the past and need ways to decompress, just like we do. Teaching these techniques early on are a helpful way for kids to incorporate good self care and avoid the traps of mal-adaptive means to to cope.
